Return Policy

For all orders placed on October 1st, 2024 onwards the following policy applies:

• 100% money-back guarantee on all orders made within 45 days of the original purchase date. If you're not satisfied with any of our products, reach out to [email protected] to process a return of your products.
• Once we receive your products, we'll issue a full refund minus any shipping fees you initially paid.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Loa Skin Inc.
